I asked a handful of people to give endorsements to my new book, Jeub’s Guide to Speech & Debate, releasing in two weeks. I received a marvelous endorsement, but it was late to the submission process. I wasn’t bothered by the deadline or anything, I just didn’t notice it slip in. Though it didn’t make it to print, I’d like to share it with you and then brag on this wonderful young lady for a little while.
From the very beginning of my debate experience, Mr. Jeub and Training Minds Ministry have come alongside me and other aspiring speakers and debaters. I am so grateful for the coaching, resources, and encouragement that Training Minds has given me. Jeub’s Guide to Speech & Debate is a comprehensive resource for those just starting out on the adventure of speech and debate, and a wonderful tool for those who have already gotten their feet wet. Jeub’s Guide to Speech & Debate is one of the first books I ever read about the speech and debate world, and I highly recommend it.

Ashlyn probably owns more Training Minds t-shirts than me! (We give them away at every one of our camps.) She emailed me yesterday to ask about her endorsement. She wants a new version because, she told me, she is still stuck in the 2nd Edition. Wow, that goes way back! Ashlyn is a gracious and loving person who who seems to always be surprised when she takes the top trophy at a tournament.
Which happens quite often. At the National Homeschool Speech & Debate Rankings website (www.speechranks.com), Ashlyn holds the 1st place spot with—as of today—632.255 points. This is over 100 points ahead of 2nd place. This is the top slot out of 1,416 students.
The price goes up to $20 after release.
