🎙️ Episode 4: Glamping Architecture & Personal Projects – Zach Stoltenberg

I had the pleasure of chatting with Zach Stoltenberg, a talented architect and project manager with a specialty in glamping developments. 🌲🏕️

Zach shared his fascinating journey into the glamping world, starting with an RV resort project and overcoming permit challenges through creative problem-solving and community engagement. His firm, Clockwork, has been instrumental in supporting unique hospitality projects across the U.S. and internationally, and he talks about the power of partnerships in delivering high-quality glamping experiences.

One of the highlights of our conversation was Zach’s development of the Nomad tent, a cutting-edge glamping tent designed to solve issues with traditional canvas structures, like zippers, screens, and pest control. 🏕️✨

We also dove into Zach’s own glamping project, as he plans to develop a glamping resort on his private property near Kansas City—taking inspiration from my operation in Monument, Colorado. With proximity to wineries, sunflower fields, and wedding venues, Zach’s property is set to be a hit!

He’ll be sharing more about his plans and the Nomad tent at the upcoming Glamping Show USA—don’t miss it!
